I have recently completed a new course focused on Grid-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), further strengthening my knowledge of the key aspects involved in developing utility-scale energy storage projects. The course covered topics ranging from battery performance evaluation, degradation mechanisms, and augmentation strategies to lifecycle management. It also provided valuable insights into project bankability, technical feasibility, and the factors that influence project financing, as well as safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation practices that are essential for delivering reliable and sustainable BESS projects.
I am convinced that the future of the power industry will be driven by the integration of renewable energy, battery energy storage, and smart grids. Continuing to expand my expertise is an investment that enables me to contribute to the development of more reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy systems.
A special thanks to Sergey S. for developing such a valuable course and sharing your knowledge with the engineering community. I truly appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience. ⚡️🔋
